Quality inspection

CHINA-LATIN Agent ensures that the manufactured goods complies with the features and standards required by the client. For this reason, one of our representatives will go directly to the factory to inspect the goods before loading it into the container.

In the case of certain incident, a protocol which would be informed immediately to the client to prevent the shipment of goods in bad condition will be executed. Also, we will contact the supplier to clarify the situation and solve the problem. Also, we will send the client detailed photos of the goods as a proof of the state of the goods.
